    Product Description
Baby Jogger City Micro Single StrollerThe Baby Jogger City Micro stroller is the most compact-folding made by Baby Jogger. The Baby Jogger City Micro stroller handles and steers as easily as any compact umbrella stroller of equal weight. It rides on EVA tires, with sealed ball bearings in the wheels to ensure no grit or dirt slows down your ride. Baby Jogger's patented quick-fold technology has been incorporated into the City Micro stroller. It collapses in a single easy step, and the folded size is quite manageable. The two-position reclining seat on the Baby Jogger City Micro helps with nap time. The standard 5-point safety harnesses ensure that your child will be securely strapped. With a tall, rounded handlebar and good legroom for pushing, we've found that the City Micro stroller is a very good choice for small to tall parents. The Baby Jogger City Micro looks similar to an all-terrain stroller, but it is designed to be used on sidewalks, in malls and stores, and other smooth surfaces. The City Micro will not push easily over rough terrain.

First of all, the color is great. It's so bright that on the bike path we're not missed. It's tall enough for me to use while rollerblading which is the main reason I chose this stroller. The wheel lock on the front keeps us safe at high speeds. The best feature is the SUPER easy folding strap. Located in the seat of the stroller, just pull the nylon handle and the stroller collapeses perfectly. Only drawback right now is that the seat doesn't recline enough for my 2 month old. I attached a head support normally used in a car seat and problem solved.

Really want to give it 5 stars but ...., October 13, 2009

We bought the City Micro so that we didn't have to take our over-sized Bob on a trip to Europe. Had high hopes, as the original Citi Mini was a close contender in the first stroller purchase (when we still had aspirations of not becoming a 3-stroller family). In so many ways this is an awesome little stroller, and a great complement to the Bob, but there are a few oversights that means it comes up short of perfect.

The good: brilliant one-handed easy folding and easier handling when folded than traditional umbrella strollers; easy steering; seems to be comfy for the babe; and as far as I can tell completely removable fabric that can be washed (but don't quote me on that).

The bad: the base bar that is perfectly positioned to be kicked when you walk too close, i.e, with arms bent comfortably (this from the makers of the original jogger stroller! If I'd been able to really test run the Micro in the wild, this probably would have been a deal breaker); at 16lbs, is not exactly lightweight; insufficient sun shade (why, why?? I don't get this -it's a real need, and a common complaint of many strollers); a handle that is perfectly positioned for my tall husband, but too high for me, a short woman (5'1").

Admittedly I was wooed by the groovy apple green color and its overall good looks. And in many ways this stroller really rocks. Just not so much for me. So this will do for our trip, but I expect to sell it on Craig's list when we get back. Too bad ... it was really close.
